What other fees or costs are involved?
A one-time administrative fee of $15 is collected when you execute your lease, and we may require a second month's rent be paid in full in order for you to receive any published discount offered on your first month's rent. Promotions and rental rates vary, and may be changed with little or no notice, so we always recommend you call or drop by to receive our most current offers and to enable us to answer any questions you may have. Prior tenants are not required to pay the administration fee when returning to rent with us.
Am I required to have storage renter's insurance?
Under the terms of our lease, if you are storing goods which exceed $1,000 in value in total, you are required to carry storage renter's insurance. You may purchase your own insurance separately through your agent, or you may purchase insurance through any of our leasing offices.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you may reserve on-line or over the phone. Renting a space in person in required.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
As a courtesy, we ask that you give 10 days written notice which we are happy to receive via email or in person. You always have until the last day of your paid through month to move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis with billing due on the 1st. Also, the move in month is prorated. We always collect one full month of rent and prorate the second month.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, by phone, mail a check, make a payment through our website or set up automatic bill pay through your bank. You may also sign up to have payments automatically withdrawn from your debit or credit card.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call us for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock or buy one from us.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials, Biological Contaminants, and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What are the hours of operation?
Office: Monday-Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm; Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm
Access: Monday-Saturday 8:00am-7:00pm; Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm
How do I rent a unit or contact outside of normal office hours?
You can reserve a unit online at our website and can send us an email which will be returned the next day.
